Event checklists
Booost breaks events down into smaller and easier-to-complete steps by providing a checklist of what may need to be done. Each item on the checklist can be ticked as it is completed, so you can feel you are accomplishing something whilst seeing the progress you’ve made.
We have provided suggested checklists for all the different event types in Booost, but you can also edit these so they fit your specific needs.
Adding/removing a checklist
- When creating an event, use the Checklist toggle switch to turn checklists on or off for that event
- If you turned off the checklist when creating an event, but want to turn it back on, locate the event in your Calendar and then tap or click it to see the event details
- On the mobile app, tap the three dots at the top of the screen and tap 'Edit event' and then tap 'Continue'
- On the web app, click on the 'Edit' button at the top of the screen and click 'Continue’
- Use the Checklist toggle switch to turn checklists on or off for that event
- Click 'Done'
Adding/removing checklist items
- Checklists can only be edited for individual events
- Locate the event in your Calendar and then tap or click it to see the event details
- Under Checklist click ‘View list’
- To delete checklist items, click the ‘X’
- To add a checklist item, click ‘Add checklist item’
- Enter the checklist item
- Click the ‘Duration’ toggle to set a duration for that item and use the time counter to select how long that checklist item should take
- Click ‘Add’
Reordering checklist items
- In an event or task checklist, click and hold on a checklist item
- When selected, the other items on the list will grey out, and an orange line will show you where the item will be moved to
- Once you’ve decided where you’d like the item in your list, drop the item with your mouse, and it will be put into the space
