Event reminders

To set a reminder when creating a new event, see the 'Adding an event' article listed at the bottom of the page

To set or change a reminder for existing event:

  1. In your Booost Calendar, locate the event that you want to set or change the reminders for
  2. Once located, tap or click the event to see the event details
  3. On the mobile app, tap the three dots and the top of the screen and tap 'Reminders'
  4. On the web app, click on the 'Edit' button at the top of the screen and click 'Continue’
  5. Under reminders you can use the toggle switch to turn reminders on or off
  6. To set the first reminder, tap or click ‘First’
  7. Click or tap your preferred reminder duration
  8. Click or tap ‘Done’
  9. Add a second reminder if you need to and repeat steps 7 and 8 above
  10. Click 'Done' to exit the Event setting screen
  11. In the mobile app, click on the X to exit the event details screen
  12. If you are not receiving reminders when you expect, check our 'Notifications permissions' article listed at the bottom of the page
