How to get your Google calendar URL

Due to the way Google Calendar works, at this time, you can only get calendar links from laptop or desktop computers. As such, importing your timetable using a desktop or laptop computer might be easier.

1. Sign in to your account at calendar.google.com
2. In the left sidebar, click the options icon (3 dots) and select ‘Settings and sharing’ for the calendar you wish to import
3. Scroll down to ‘Access permissions for events’ and check the ‘Make available to public’ box
4. Click ‘OK’ on the warning message
5. Scroll down to ‘Public address in iCal format’ and copy the full link address (it should end in .ics)
