How to get your Google calendar URL

Due to the way Google calendar works, at this time you can only get calendar links from laptop or desktop computers. As such, it might be easier to import your timetable using a desktop or laptop computer.

1. Sign in to your account at calendar.google.com
2. In the left sidebar, click the options icon (3 dots) and select ‘Settings and sharing’ for the calendar you wish to import
3. Scroll down to ‘Access permissions for events’ and check the ‘Make available to public’ box
4. Click ‘OK’ on the warning message (don’t worry, you can switch off the public feature after the import)
5. Scroll down to ‘Public address in iCal format’ and copy the full link address (it should end in .ics)
6. In the Booost app, paste the copied link into the ‘Calendar URL’ field and tap ‘Import timetable’
7. Your calendar events will now be imported into Booost
8. You can disable the ‘Make available to public’ option in Google Calendar now
